Blanche Maynard, 80, of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on Monday, January 4, 2021.

Blanche was born November 28, 1940 in Kermit, WV to the late Harry and Alice (Spalding) Johnson. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her grandchildren Michael Frasher and Timothy Frasher; great grandchild Taylor Pinson; and siblings Agnes Messer, Dillard Johnson, Wallace Johnson, Betty May Johnson, and Baby Girl Johnson.

Survivors include her children Fran (Kenny) Dingess, Margie Frasher, Richard Workman, Terry (Anna) Workman, and Alice (Christopher) Martin; 13 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; and siblings Jimmy Johnson, Jesse Johnson, Hillard Johnson, Murrel Prince, Garnett Newsome, Mary Jones, Lonnie Johnson, and Bertha Callihan; best friend Eloise Crabtree; and special friend from the nursing home Scotty.

Services for Ms. Maynard will be private.

Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Ms. Maynard and her family.
