Arthur Gary Perry passed away peacefully at Adena Hospital in Chillicothe, Ohio on Thursday, October 15, 2020. Gary went to be with his Lord Jesus Christ at the age of 71.
He was born in Williamson, West Virginia to his Parents, Arthur and Elsie Perry on September 18, 1949. Gary was a graduate of North High School in Columbus, Ohio and a proud United States Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War. Gary married his wife, Barbara (Perkins) Perry on August 10, 1973 and just celebrated their 47th Anniversary.
He is survived by his wife Barbara, Sons; Freddie Maynard and his wife Dianna of Montgomery, Texas, Scott Perry of Washington Courthouse, Ohio and his Daughter, Kimberly Henry of Frankfort, Ohio. Gary is also survived by his twelve grandchildren, Kristin Gamble, Emma Perry, Leah Maynard, Riley Henry, Brooke Maynard, Hannah Henry, Ethan Perry, Jacob Henry, Kelsie Pyatt, Katie Sullivan, Dixie Davis and Alexia Johnson. He also has 7 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his only Sister, Lana Gail Salyers and her Husband, Truman Salyers of Louisa, Kentucky, many loving nieces and nephews and special Cousins Gladys Diamond, Joyce Buzzard, Betty Mc Carthy, and Carole Rautio.
Graveside services will be at Myrtle Chapel Cemetery, 2200 Five Forks-Two Mile Creek Rd, Louisa, Kentucky 41230 on Monday, October 19, 2020 at 2pm.
Those who wish to remember Gary in a special way are asked to make donations in his Memory to Smoky Valley Enterprise Baptist Church in Louisa, Kentucky
Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Mr. Perry and his family.
