Commonwealth vs. Kelli Dials
The Grand Jury indicted Kelli Dials with first degree bail jumping for allegedly failing to appear in court on July 16, 2020.
Commonwealth vs. Edgar Maynard
The Grand Jury indicted Edgar Maynard with first degree bail jumping for allegedly failing to appear in court on June 18, 2020.
Commonwealth vs. Robert Dillion
The Grand Jury indicted Robert Dillon with first degree bail jumping for allegedly failing to appear in court on July 2, 2020.

Evans is also charged with first degree fleeing/evading, DUI suspended license, first degree persistent felony offender and all-terrain vehicle violations for allegedly disregarding signals and commands to stop given by Martin County Deputy David Adams in an attempt to flee, operating a motor vehicle upon the highway while his license was suspended and operating an all-terrain vehicle on the highway while his license was suspended and operating an all-terrain vehicle on the highway on August 12, 2020 and having previously been convicted of a felony.

The Grand Jury indicted Arthur C. Hale with first degree possession of a controlled substance for allegedly possessing Methamphetamine on August 8, 2020. A second charge of first-degree bail jumping for allegedly failing to appear in court on August 20, 2020 in three separate cases.

Commonwealth vs. Charles Fletcher
The Grand Jury indicted Charles Fletcher with receiving stolen property under $10,000 for allegedly possessing a stolen .22 caliber handgun on August 11, 2020. A second indictment of two counts of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon for allegedly possessing a .22 caliber handgun and a stolen handgun on August 11, 2020. Third indictment with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon for allegedly possessing a long rifle on August 11, 2020.

The Grand Jury indicted Kody Harless with first degree trafficking and first-degree wanton endangerment for allegedly possessing Heroin with the intent of trafficking or distributing heroin and engaging in conduct that created a substantial danger to another on August 17, 2020.

The Grand Jury indicted Casey Spence for receiving stolen property over $500 and under $10,000. A second indictment with second degree escape and second-degree persistent felony offender.
