If ” Retail Package Store” means whisky, it would seem two are enough for a town the size of Louisa. I do drink, and I’m not against it. I guess it could be argued that it would produce a few jobs? I think the state regulates the number based on population? I could be wrong. I live in a city of 16,000 and we have 4.
