The Lawrence County Judge’s Office and the Fiscal Court are glad to announce that the county has received funding from the NRCS to remove, repair, and stabilize the landslide on Blaine Creek Rd.
The bid was awarded to Bear Traxx Construction for the amount of $860,000. The Judge’s Office has been working for the last 18 months trying to find funding for this project and have been working with NRCS since late last fall securing the funds.
The project is scheduled to start by the end of July and weather permitting should be completed before November.
What happened to the fema money that was given for this project
Larwrence county voted them into office so grin and grab those ankles ! I would suggest you have state police audit the county but they got caught running oxy, moonshine and eye balls for transplant to hospital in wva . So I guess you just have to write letter to Nancy Pelosie and ask for another Naddler probe ? The oxy eyeball moonshine story is in lex courier and it happened in Elizabeth town . Just another example of your taxes at work .
