Wednesday evening July 8, 2020 an unidentified witness spotted a truck on fire in the road on 201 in Blaine. The witness called the Blaine Fire Department who quickly responded to the scene.
The witness told police he saw a man running from the truck and jumped into an SUV and fled the scene. The police was given the tag number from the truck which was from WV.
Could this be tied to the man found in the river?
