ROAD BLOCK!

June 28, 2020 – LPD received call of a vehicle matching the description of a stolen vehicle from the Speedway that was at the Wendy’s in Louisa and had headed north on US 23.

Ptl. Teddy B. Newsome proceeded to the call while requesting 911 dispatch center to notify Boyd

Joshua Ray and Brenda Shannon

County units.

Vehicle was located on US 23 at the Marathon refinery by the Boyd County Sherriff Department.

Arrested were Brenda Shannon, 38, of Louisa and Joshua Ray, 39, of Louisa.

    Wow. Brenda Shannon! 😳 A week ago these two was kicked out of the dollar general for stealing. He’s has been getting arrested a lot how is he out still getting in trouble!

    This guy was arrested for drugs in April and again the first week of June and again for stealing a truck. He was out the next day after this. What in the hell are our tax dollars going for? He should be put away for awhile. Our court system is awful.

      It’s pathetic, low life people who do nothing but take take take from a community, and cause destruction. The trash gets turned back out on the street to do the same thing over and over. There will come a time when law abiding citizens are done being victimized and take their own actions and the system will have that blood on their hands. Sad as it is to say.
