Candidate Filing for Non-Partisan Nov. elections is June 2
The Deadline to file is June 2nd at 4:00 pm .
Louisa City Council 6 seats are up for filing.
Also we have 3 School Board seats up for Filing:
*Dist# 2 consists of Adams, Brushy, Point, Stella Moore,
*Dist# 4 West Louisa, East Louisa, Meadowbrook
*Dist # 5 Buchanan , Fallsburg, Deephole.
These candidates are for the November 3rd General Election. The deadline used to be August. This is the first year for the date change due to legislative law change. Also Blaine City Unexpired races will be back on the General Election ballot.
Candidate Filing Papers are ready, anyone interested can call the Clerk’s Office to pickup their Filing Papers at 638-4108
