LC’S Darby Chapman will play Golf at UPike

Louisa, Ky — Senior Darby Chapman of Lawrence County High School signed her letter of intent to play for UPIKE women’s golf on Wednesday in front of family, friends and classmates at the LCHS library.

Chapman was a four-year varsity golfer for the Bulldogs and was an All-Area Honorable Mention in 2018 and 2019.

She is planning on studying biology and was accepted into the Optometry Scholars Program.

Chapman is the daughter of Paul and Tina Chapman and is the sister of former UPIKE women’s soccer player Skylar Chapman.
