On Friday February 21, 2020, the Highlands Beef Cattle Association held their Banquet at the Lawrence County Extension Office, in Louisa, Kentucky. This is their annual meeting when members can pay dues and hear from guests speakers. There was over 120 in attendance this year.
This year’s main speaker was Hinton Hills. They also heard from Jim Akers with Bluegrass Stockyards. The area county extension agents prepared the meal.
Tyler Ferguson presented the Honorary Member of the Year Award to Myron Evans.
They wished a huge thank you to all who were able to attend this years banquet! They had a great evening of networking and fellowship with their fellow farmers. It was also great to have sponsors in attendance from Paris Stockyards, Bluegrass Stockyards and Hinton Mills.
