LOUISA, KY- Calling all actors, singers, and musicians! Mountain Movers Theatre Company is holding its first-ever open community auditions on Saturday, February 22 from 10AM-4PM at The Garden Theater in downtown Louisa.
Pump Boys and Dinettes and Bright Star are two productions for the Theatre’s summer season.
The auditions are open to anyone 16-years and older. Those auditioning need to bring 16-bars of a country, gospel or bluegrass song to sing and must also be prepared to read from a script. If you are proficient at a bluegrass instrument, please indicate during the audition and bring the instrument with you if possible. Prior theatre experience is helpful but not mandatory. If you’ve ever been curious about taking the stage, now is your chance!
