UPDATE:
A driver who was involved in a two vehicle accident on January 17 at the intersection of 645 and U.S. 23 has died from his injuries.
Danny Joe Chapman, 31, of Louisa was taken to Cabell Huntington Med Center after the wreck, succumbed to his injuries the next day on January 18. Chapman’s vehicle collided with an 18 wheeler on U.S. 23 after hitting the guardrail on 645 and careening onto the truck. The driver of the truck was not seriously injured in the accident.
