On Dec 31, 1921, the Garden Theater had its grand opening. 98 years later, Rise Above had its 4th Annual New Years Eve Bash there.

The Junction and The Garden Theater were decorated by 3 Sisters. 3 Sisters offers party supply rentals and wedding planning services.

Lelia Robinson, owner of 3 Sisters said, “Tonight’s New Years Eve party was such a great time. I loved seeing everyone get to enjoy themselves right here at home in Louisa.”

There were over 80 people in attendance who dressed up in 1920’s Gangster themed attire and danced the night away!

To find out more information about 3 Sisters party supply rental and wedding planning services call (606)225.8675 or if you want to inquire about booking The Junction or The Garden Theater contact Masterpiece Cafe at (606)252.0424.

I didn’t know anything about it. I guess it was for ARC. I didn’t get my invitation. Not in the clic

The tickets were on sale at Masterpiece Cafe and the open invitation was all over Facebook. It was wide open to anyone who wanted to attend. There was also multiple Facebook lives inviting people to attend.

Go to Masterpiece Cafe and Painted Cow Art Gallery’s Facebook page, hit like and follow, and stay tuned for the next awesome events that will be hosted there.

Guess it was a private event. Looks nice

Sorry I sounded so envious, I was being sarcastic . I am on Facebook all the time (too much really) and I didn’t see anything about it. But it’s nice to have things going on here at home, it just seems like it’s a bit exclusive to outsiders that don’t belong to ARC.

All on taxpayers money. As long as you know bookkeeping..

I am so happy our town has a venue like this to host events!

I’m not sure what all the anger is about though? It was advertised 98373682927 times on Masterpiece Cafe and RISEABOVE’s Facebook pages … tickets were available FOR PURCHASE to ANYONE who wanted to buy them. (You can still find all the posts on there!)

Y’all have some UGGGGLLLLLYYYYY attitudes. Be a nice human. Acting like that won’t get you anywhere in life.

*** if you ever wanted to come to one of these events, buy a ticket and come! I’m sure you’ll be welcomed with open arms from “ all those crazy ARC people “ 🤪

I heard Louisa is changing their name to Arcville.

  8. Wanda M Cassady says:

I’m so glad Louisa is having events like this. More people should get involved and participate!

      Associate with ARC? No thanks.
