Ah heck, Why not turn her loose?
She is no diffrent than the city police that killed and threw the girl off FT. GAY bridge years ago. He was never charged with her death BUT EVERYONE KNOWS WHO DONE IT….

  6. Legal Eagle says:

So let’s get this straight. Her crimes amounted to nearly one million dollars and she was indicted on 5 felony counts, yet her bond is set at $10,000? A family member of mine was jailed not long ago on one charge which was a class D felony that carries 1-5 years, and guess how much the bond was? That’s right, $10,000. Same judge, same kangaroo court. Now I don’t claim to be a legal scholar, and I do not defend my family member no more than I defend Mrs. Hudnall, but how can someone charged with this level of crime that netted this amount of money get the same bond as someone charged with one single victimless crime of a lower degree? She’s probably already bonded out from the money she made from her crime. Unbelievable!

      Very well said, and true.

Might be a lesson not to brag on social media about all the things you have that everyone knows you don’t make enough to pay for. LOL

I’m just wondering how this could go on for 5 years and no one discovered it. Really!!!!!!

  12. Robin B says:

Not judging, but, wondering how, during a 5 year period, none of this was found by the hospital.

Amazingly she was a supporter of the Sheriff. Not the first supporter arrested. Maybe he can help her out like he help some of his family get out of their theft charges.

Those Camaros are going to be traded in for a Ford Pinto. Wonder if she used her money for being an Indian to pay her bond? On a good note she can use her dress making skills to make her prison uniform fashionable.

Remember people INNOCENT until proven guilty!! Several peoples lives have been ruined by false accusations!! The media never runs a story if they are not convicted but that dont sell ads or copies !!

    • Smh says:

Well been around long enough to know without good information a Grand Jury wouldn’t vote to indict someone. Not to mention sounds like the police and TRMC did pretty investigation if the found the total they did. People need to wake up and take responsibility for their actions and others don’t need to take up for them. That shows Botha character.

It should have been found with an audit. I thought for sure, all depts did an audit on their inventory at least once a year.
