Illegal Dumping/Improper Disposal of Trash Citations Paid and Confirmed Dump Site Clean-up

1. 04/30/2019-Citation No.:164- Lena Fields– Cleaned up dump site and provided proof. Restitution satisfied.
2. 10/14/2019- Citation No.: 187- Frank Marshall– Cleaned up dump site and provided proof. Restitution/Fine Satisfied.

Illegal Dumping/Improper Disposal of Trash Citation Confirmed Dump Site Clean-up and unpaid fines

1. 05/28/2019-Citation No.:168 – Jessica Holder– Cleaned up dump site and provided proof of disposal, to date $100.00 fine has not been paid. Last Notice mailed Certified mail on 12/12/2019.
2. 05/28/2019- Citation No.:169- William Robert Holder Jr.– Cleaned up dump site and provided proof, to date $100.00 fine has not been paid. Last Notice mailed Certified mail on 12/12/2019.
3. Derick Cotterman– Cited on December 11, 2019 for improper disposal of trash.  Dump site has been cleaned up and proof of legal disposal furnished. Restitution is following.
4. Corey Cotterman– cited on December 11, 2019 or improper disposal of trash for an illegal dump site located on Twin Oaks, Fallsburg Kentucky. Dump site cleaned up and proof of legal disposal furnished, restitution to follow.
5. Rashad Cooper- Cited for improper disposal of trash for an illegal sump site found at Chapman, Kentucky. Cleanup has begun but not yet completed.
6. Brandon Williams – Cited for improper disposal of trash for an illegal dump site found at Chapman, Kentucky. Cleanup has begun but not completed.

Illegal Dumping/Improper Disposal of Trash Citations unpaid and sites not cleaned

1. Darrell Hall– Nuisance Violation Abandoned Dwelling, High Grass or Weeds.  Mr. Hall has been working on cleaning the property and we are awaiting proof that the debris have been taken to a landfill.
2. Joseph Fields– Trash, Improper Disposal.  Lawrence County Attorney has taken over the citation and it is on the court docket for January.
3. Tax Lien Investments- Abandoned Dwelling and Dilapidated buildings Violation. This has now been turned over to the Lawrence County Attorney for further action. 
4. Danny Ratliff– Second Notice sent October 18, 2019 for Ordinance Violation in regards to delapidated dwellings.  Property has been cleaned up some by a prospective buyer however the buyer is waiting for paperwork to be finalized before doing major debris removal efforts.
5. Sturl Robert Waybright- Cited on November 1, 2019 for illegal dumping/improper disposal of trash. To date he has not made any effort to clean up the site or pay his restitution.
6. Amanda Thomas- Cited October 28, 2019 for illegal dumping/improper disposal of trash. To date she has not made any effort to clean up site or pay her restitution.
7. Mollie Ratliff- Cited October 28, 2019 for illegal dumping/improper disposal of trash. To date she has not made any effort to clean up site or pay her restitution
8. Alma Perry– Cited October 28, 2019 for illegal dumping/improper disposal of trash. To date she has not paid her fine/restitution.  Has made a small effort to clean up the site.
9. Ashley Jones- Cited October 28, 2019 2019 for illegal dumping/improper disposal of trash. To date she has not paid her fine/restitution.  Has made a small effort to clean up the site.
10. Curtis Hanshaw, II- Cited November 27, 2019 and mailed via certified mail on December 4, 2019. Cited for abandoned and dilapidated dwellings located on First Street, Louisa, KY.  Awaiting response at this time.
11. Dale E. Taylor, National Field Representatives, Inc.- Emailed Citation for an illegal dump discovered at Cede Gap off HWY 32, Louisa, Ky 41230.  Awaiting response at this time.

Apology Letters
