Thomas “Jack” Thurman Fowler, 69, of Fort Gay, WV went home to be with the Lord on Friday, December 6, 2019.

Mr. Fowler was born April 11, 1950 to the late Mary Jane (Moore) and Frank Fowler. He was a retired mechanic and auto parts store manager.

Survivors include his children Samantha (Chris) Ferguson, Thomas T. (Rhonda) Fowler II, Sarah Jane Fowler and Gary Frank Fowler; grandchildren Leslie Ferguson, Thomas Earic (Shanda) Fowler, and Misty Jade Fowler; great grandchildren Michael, Zack, and Nikoli; sisters Phyllis Ferguson, Helen Adkins, Ruth Williamson, and Debbie Mulkey; and many nieces and nephews.

Mr. Fowler’s wishes were to be cremated with no services.

The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to help cover funeral expenses.

Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Mr. Fowler and his family.
