Lawrence County, KY — A Lawrence County man has been charged with Child Sexual Exploitation Offenses. 32-year-old Ricky Henry of Lowmansville, was arrested as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation.
The Kentucky State Police electronic Crime branch began the investigation after discovering Henry possessed files of child sexual exploitation. Troopers executed a search warrant at a Lowmansville residence on August 8th of this year. Investigators seized equipment used in the crime.
Henry was charged with 16 counts of possessing or viewing matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor. Possessing or viewing matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor is a Class-D Felony punishable by one to five years in prison on each count. Henry was lodged in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center.

Yeah, it’s sick but my goodness that’s a little harsh. It appears that he was viewing/possessing pictures or videos, not molesting children. I’m not defending what the sicko did, but hanging and burning for it???

What! I have never molested a child or anyone. Please reread that scripture over and over again until you understand what that scripture means. Stop bringing Jesus down to Your level! This is my cousin. I’m not saying this because he is family and I don’t know what happend but I cannot imagine any way that he would do something like this. I know him very well. He has a girlfriend of 3 years and they both are very good people. I’ve never known him to be involved in anything like this or any crime for that matter.

Just wondering why and how someone gets off on 5 years probation for 16 counts in which each count is punishable by 1-5 years in prison? He and his girlfriend “forage” in the woods and are doing well enough for her to quit her full time job and living off followers. If people only knew. I guess at least he’s still in the film industry.
