HERE ARE THE NAMES & CHARGES OF THE LATEST 30 PEOPLE ARRESTED IN MARTIN COUNTY, OR ANY MARTIN COUNTY CITIZENS ARRESTED BY A POLICE AGENCY IN NEIGHBORING JURISDICTIONS:

 

Donald R. Howell, 44, of Kermit, West Virginia; was arrested on October 4, 2019, at 7:00 P.M., by a deputy of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA.

Michael Spaulding, 37, of Kermit, West Virginia; was arrested on October 4, 2019, at 7:11 P.M., by a deputy of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.

Kevin E. Chatfield, 23, of Columbus, Ohio; was arrested on October 4, 2019, at 7:25 P.M., by a deputy of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• NO REGISTRATION PLATES,

• OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE.

Charlene Renay Carter, 28, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on October 4, 2019, at 10:33 P.M., by a deputy of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• FAILURE TO APPEAR.

April Lucas, 29, of Debord, Kentucky; was arrested on October 5, 2019, at 6:00 P.M., by a deputy of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (DOMESTIC VIOLENCE) NO VISIBLE INJURY.

Edgar Maynard Jr., 26, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on October 5, 2019, at 6:07 P.M., by a deputy of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (DOMESTIC VIOLENCE) NO VISIBLE INJURY.

Leroy Toler, 55, of Mount Gay-Shamrock, West Virginia; was arrested on October 5, 2019, at 6:33 P.M., by a deputy of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE.

Arthur C. Hale, 40, of Lovely, Kentucky; was arrested on October 5, 2019, at 9:09 P.M., by a deputy of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/ POSSESS,

• POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE 1ST OFFENSE (DRUG UNSPECIFIED).

Harold Robert Johnson, 41, of Tomahawk, Kentucky; was arrested on October 6, 2019, at 1:46 A.M., by Constable Tony Preece, of the Martin County Constable office-Distrivvt 2, and was charged with:

• OPERATING ON SUSPENDED OR REVOKED OPERATORS LICENSE,

• FLEEING OR EVADING POLICE, 2ND DEGREE (ON FOOT),

• FAILURE OF OWNER TO MAINTAIN REQUIRED INSURANCE/SECURITY, 1ST OFFENSE,

• OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 3RD OFFENSE.

 

Herman J Endicott, 48, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on October 6, 2019, at 5:00 P.M., by deputy W. Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE),

• TAMPERING WITH PHYSICAL EVIDENCE.

Danny J. Harris, 43, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on October 6, 2019, at 6:43 P.M., by a deputy of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.

Jerry L. Mollett, 58, of Tomahawk,Kentucky; was arrested on October 7, 2019, at 1:45 P.M.,by a deputy of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.

Brittany N. Williamson, 36, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on October 7, 2019, at 6:54 P.M., by a deputy of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL),

• CRIMINAL TRESPASSING-2ND DEGREE

Curtis L. Hinkle, 48, of Warfield, Kentucky; was arrested on October 7,2019, at 10:13 P.M.,by a deputy of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE),

• DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/ POSSESS

 

Justin M. Mollette, 30, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on October 8, 2019, at 4:38 P.M., by a trooper of the Kentucky State Police-Post 9-Pikeville, Ky.,and was charged with:

•OPERATING ON SUSPENDED OR REVOKED OPERATORS LICENSE,

• NO REGISTRATION PLATES,

• NO REGISTRATION RECEIPT

• FAILURE TO REGISTER TRANSFER OF MOTOR VEHICLE,

Kelly L. Jude, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on October 8, 2019, at 4:43 P.M., by a trooper of the Kentucky State Police-Post 9-Pikeville,Ky., and was charged with:

• FAILURE TO APPEAR.

Charlene Renay Carter, 28, of Debord, Kentucky; was arrested on October 8, 2019, at 8:52 P.M., by deputy D. Adams, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL).

Aaron Blake Justice, 25, of Warfield, Kentucky; was arrested on October 9, 2019, at 12:11 A.M., by deputy D. Adams, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION ALL OTHERS UNDER/$500.

Carl D. Daniels Jr., 34, of Tomahawk,Kentucky; was arrested in Lawrence County on October 9,2019, at 2:55 P.M., by a deputy of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• OPERATING ON SUSPENDED OR REVOKED OPERATORS LICENSE,

• FAILURE OF NON-OWNER OPERATOR TO MAINTAIN REQUIRED INSURANCE/SECURITY, 2ND OFFENSE,

Carl D. Daniels, of Tomahawk, Ky. was arrested in Lawrence County on October 9, 2019, at 3:02 P.M., by a deputy of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• FAILURE OF NON-OWNER OPERATOR TO MAINTAIN REQUIRED INSURANCE/SECURITY, 2ND OFFENSE,

• DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – ADVERTISEMENT,

• BURGLARY, 3RD DEGREE.

Patricia Miracle, 38, of Pilgrim, Kentucky; was arrested on October 10, 2019, at 11:55 A.M., by a deputy of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (MINOR INJURY).

Dennis Scott, 40, of Pilgrim, Kentucky; was arrested on October 10, 2019, at 11:58 A.M., by a deputy of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (MINOR INJURY).

Tommy D. Evans, 41, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on October 10, 2019, at 3:22 P.M., by a deputy of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.

Sheana K. Crum, 25, of Tomahawk, Kentucky; was arrested on October 10, 2019, at 8:38 P.M., by trooper Dustin Thompson,of the Kentucky State Police-Post 9-Pikeville,Ky., and was charged with:

• FAILURE TO APPEAR,

• GIVING OFFICER FALSE IDENTIFYING INFORMATION.

Shawn J. Harless, 25, of Tomahawk, Kentucky; was arrested on October 10, 2019, at 8:44 P.M., by trooper Dustin Thompson,of the Kentucky State Police-Post 9-Pikeville,Ky., and was charged with:

• GIVING OFFICER FALSE IDENTIFYING INFORMATION.

 

Linda K. Maynard, 39, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on October 11, 2019, at 11:41 A.M., by a deputy of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL),

Thomas Osborne Jr., 44, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on October 11, 2019 at 2:37 P.M., by officer Ward of the Kentucky Department of Corrections Division of Probation and Parole, and was charged with:

• PROBATION VIOLATION (FOR MISDEMEANOR OFFENSE).

 

Charles Kenny Crum, 20, of Tomahawk, Kentucky; was arrested on October 11, 2019, at 9:55 P.M., by deputy D. Adams, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

• SERVING PAROLE VIOLATION WARRANT.

Edward Jude, 39, of Tomahawk,Kentucky; was arrested on October 11,2019, at 11:00 P.M., by deputy D. Adams, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:

Jenious Maynard, 34, of Lovely, Kentucky; was taken into custody on October 5, 2019, at 1:00 P.M., by the Martin County Sheriff Department, to serve a guilty plea jail sentence:
