Billy D. Greer, 66, of Lovely, Kentucky; was arrested on July 16, 2019 at 11:21 A.M., by an officer of the Kentucky Department of Corrections Division of Probation and Parole, and was charged with:

Amanda Lynn Kirk, 42, of Pilgrim, Kentucky; was arrested on July 16, 2019, at 5:39 P.M., by constable James Bradford Preece, of the Martin County Constable Office-District 4, and was charged with:

Carolynn Mills, 48 of Pilgrim, Kentucky; was arrested on July 20, 2019, at 2:06 A.M., by a deputy of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:
• TRAFFICKING IN CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE – (< 2 GRAMS METHAMPHETAMINE).
Brianna Paige Osborne, 26, of Louisa,Kentucky; was arrested on July 20,2019, at 2:20 A.M.,by Sheriff John H. Kirk of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:
• POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE),
• TRAFFICKING IN CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE – (> OR = 10 D.U. OPIATES).
Lowell Justin Maynard, 30, of Louisa,Kentucky; was arrested on July 20,2019, at 3:03 A.M.,by Sheriff John H. Kirk of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:
• RECKLESS DRIVING,
• SPEEDING 25 MPH OVER LIMIT,
• DRIVING ON DUI SUSPENDED LICENSE -1ST OFFENSE,
• FAILURE OF NON-OWNER OPERATOR TO MAINTAIN REQUIRED INSURANCE/SECURITY, 2ND OFFENSE.
Steven C. Bailey, 31, of Pikeville, Kentucky; was arrested in Pike County, on July 20, 2019, at 1:21 A.M., by patrolman officer Austin Kranzman, of the Pikeville Police Department, and was charged with, via a grand jury indictments in Martin County on four felony charges:
• BURGLARY, 1ST DEGREE ,
• PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER II,
• POSSESSION OF HANDGUN BY CONVICTED FELON,
• POSSESSION OF FIREARM BY CONVICTED FELON.
Steven Bailey was given $25,000 full cash bail bond for the burglary charge and $10,000 full cash bail bond on the handgun charge; while was denied bail on both the persistent felony offender charge and firearm possession charge.
Steven Bailey was transferred from the Pike County Detention Center in Pikeville, and was taken to the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville, on July 20, at 3:02 P.M., where he remains lodged at the BSRDC.
Matthew A. Blevins, 34, of Warfield, Kentucky; was arrested on July 21,2019, at 1:51 A.M.,by Sheriff John H. Kirk of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:
• ENDANGERING THE WELFARE OF A MINOR,

Daniel L. Lowe, 44, of Inez, Kentucky; self surrendered and was taken into custody, and was booked on July 16, 2019, at 3:06 P.M., and again on July 18, 2019, at 12:30 P.M., by the Martin County Sheriff Department, to serve a guilty jail sentence plea:
