Donna Jean Blevins O’Brian, 56, of Ulysses, KY passed away Saturday, July 13, 2019 at her home.

Donna was born May 2, 1963 in New Castle, Indiana to the late Edsel and Phyllis Parks Blevins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Richard Eugene O’Brian and a daughter-in-law, Jasmine O’Brian.

She is survived by three sons, Jimmy (Amy) O’Brian, Edsel (Mariah) O’Brian, and Justin (Ashley) O’Brian; three daughters, Alma (Mike) Smith, Phyllis (Mark) Perkins, and Mollie (Robert) Waybright; four brothers; three sisters; twenty-five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

She was a Homemaker and of the Pentecostal Faith.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at Fort Gay Church of God with Nick O’Brian officiating. Burial will follow in the Mayo Cemetery at Paintsville, KY.

Friends may visit the family on Tuesday, July 16 from 9AM to 9PM at the Fort Gay Church of God.
