Rebel River Outfitters is located locally in Fort Gay, WV. Run by Ken Akers, RRO offers various types of rentals with the best prices around. Currently here are pictures and information of what’s available for rental to add with your summer plans. Kayak rentals are $10.00 a day (including life jacket and paddles)
Paddle Boats are $20.00 a day (including life jacket and paddles)
Inflatable Outdoor TV Projector $50.00 a day
Bikes $10.00 a day

Rebel River Outfitters does a lot of donations and fundraising for the community. Currently they are sponsoring their 3rd annual “Rubber Duck Race”, it’s already started and you can purchase your $5.00 rubber duck now and through Septemberfest. The race begins from the Bridge down the Big Sandy River where a kayaker awaits the 1st rubber duck and announces the winner. Proceeds are split between the winner and the Boys Lawrence County Soccer League, last year they raised $800.00.
Rebel River Outfitters also offers a 5 hour float tour from The Levisa River to Chapman and shuttled back to your vehicle. At least a 2 person minimum any day of the week.
