Louisa, Ky. — Lawrence Co. graduate and East Tennessee St. football signee Noah West was named the 2018-2019 Tony Curnutte Memorial Male Sportsman of the Year by the Ashland Daily Independent recently.

West rushed for 4,474 yards and 66 touchdowns in his three seasons as the Bulldog signal caller.
West reported to Johnson City to prepare for the upcoming football season as a Buccaneer this past weekend.
Former Bulldog and Triple A Norfolk pitcher Chandler Shepherd won this prestigious award in 2010-2011.
