Lawrence County 4-H represented at state teen conference
This year’s 4-H teen conference was held at UK in Lexington, KY. The teens all stayed for 4 days and participated in many various programs and classes, from science classes to cooking classes. This year’s Adult 4-H employees, who chaperoned this year, were Alivia and Laura Maggard.
Laura made this comment, “Alivia and myself are glad that the teens had the opportunity to go to UK for this event. We are doing our best to fill in for 4-H as much as possible. We enjoy working with the kids in Lawrence County and look forward to other events in the future.”
