Louisa, Ky — The 2019 Lawrence Co. youth basketball camp was held Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of this past week as 65 Boys showed up and learned basketball skills from the coaching staff, along with current and former Bulldogs.

LCHS Coaching staff, current and former players as well after a three day camp this past week.

The youngsters went from 9:00 am until noon each day going thru six different stations such as ball handling, shooting, defense, passing, rebounding, along with pick and roll.

Lawrence Co. Head Coach Chandler Thompson

COACH’S COMMENTS

“… It was very special to see current Bulldogs, former Bulldogs, and future Bulldogs participating in this camp. Our main priority was for the kids to have fun! Our current players did an awesome job working with these kids, our cafeteria workers made sure these kids were fed well, and our administration was very supportive throughout the whole process. We look forward to camp next summer and hope to grow it even more. The future is bright for not only Bulldog basketball; but, the community as well!”
