Joshua Scott Stevens, 29, of Louisa, KY passed away Friday, March 29, 2019.
Mr. Stevens was born December 25, 1989 in Paintsville, Kentucky to Harold Scott and Anita Faye Conley Stevens. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Burns Conley, Jr. and Edath Conley, paternal grandparents, Harold and Bessie Stevens, an aunt, Betty Borders, and an uncle, Larry Stevens.
He is survived by his father Harold Stevens and mother Anita Conley Stevens; one son, Joshua Lee Stevens; one brother, Brandon (Alex) Stevens; and a host of cousins and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, April 7, 2019 at the Walnut Grove FWB Church in Ulysses, KY with Rev. Willie Gene Hayes and Rev. Jimmy Vanhoose officiating.
Friends may visit the family on Sunday, April 7 from 10:00 AM until the time of services at the Walnut Grove FWB Church.
All care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
Rip Josh you will be missed. I can remember changing your diapers when you were just a baby when your mom and dad would bring you to visit maws in Columbus.

I met Josh and his Dad when they came to buy a high school graduation present for Josh. He picked out his English Bulldog(Lexie) and was so excited to get her. He was such a sweet young man and even bought me a Lawrence Co sweat shirt with a Bulldog on it. I still wear it with pride and tell everyone who gave it to me. My heart is broken for the family. I will be praying for all of you.
