COACH’S COMMENTS

“… We didn’t come ready to play against Rose Hill. The first five were going through the motions so I put five more in and they couldn’t do any better so I put four more in and those guys at least competed and kept us in the game. We are not good enough to just roll the ball out and win. Give Rose Hill a ton of credit they were short handed and really brought the fight to us. I thought the third quarter we got back to our strengths and shared the basketball and played unselfish.”

“,,, Against Greenbriar West it was a mismatch from the get go. Our guys have to get tougher to compete against a team like that. Those two twin towers were in our head and intimidated our team. Hopefully seeing that kind of competition will make us better.”

“… 2nd place wasn’t what we wanted but the WV HIT was good for our team even though we made three long trips in four weeks. I think our kids really bonded as a team and it will only make us closer as a group.”
