A Louisa, Ky man, Anthony Wade Mullins was arrested on Jan. 14, 2019 on incest charges with a 14 year old relative.
It happened Monday evening when Louisa Police along with the Kentucky Department for Community Based Services arrived at the home on Jefferson Street to conduct their investigation of a report of sexual abuse.
51 year old, Anthony Mullins allowed officers and social workers to look at mobile devices and unlocked a padlocked drawer in his bedroom that contained sexual paraphernalia. Messages were found on the phone sexual in nature to the relative.
According to the police citation, Mullins admitted to inappropriate behavior between himself and the relative.
Mullins was lodged in the Big Sandy Detention Center on incest and promoting a sexual performance by a minor charges.

He needs cured with a bullet to the back of his head. No amount of prison time or counseling can fix an animal like this. He’s probably done this type of thing several times that no one knows about.
The sad part is that due to all of the personal information on this story like address and the exact age of the child is only going to hurt the child because this town is horrible with spreading rumors. Im sure this young girl will find it nearly impossible to forget whats shes been through. I pray that the children she goes to school with doesn’t say anything to her, we all know how cruel kids can be at times. I personally wouldn’t have put all that personal information giving anyone the opportunity to find out who the young girl is, its not her fault.
