Slew of Probation Revocations to start the 2019 year and Meth seals the deal for many defendants as the epidemic has made a mark on area

SENTENCING

Craig Adams, 31 was sentenced to:

* 3 years supervised probation with a diversion for Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st degree,

* 20 days for Operating a Motor Vehicle Under The Influence of Alcohol/Drugs, and

* 20 days for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

William Cantrell, 35 Pled guilty and will be final sentenced on 5-24-19 to 10 years for:
* Trafficking I’m a Controlled Substance, methamphetamine,
* 5 years for Tampering with Physical Evidence,
* 12 months for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia,
* 90 days for Possession of Marijuana and
* 12 months for Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon with Persistent Felony Offender being dismissed.
ON A SEPARATE CASE: The Defendant Pled Guilty with the same final sentencing date to:
* 5 years with other conditions on each of 2 counts of Complicity Receiving Stolen Property, and Persistent Felony Offender was dismissed.
3rd Case:
* 3 years for Convicted Felon In Possession of a Handgun,
* 5 years for Possession of a Controlled Substance, methamphetamine with all other charges being dismissed.
All counts for all cases to run concurrent.

Michael Cooper, 34 was sentenced to time served on 3 separate cases of Bailjumping, 2nd Degree and on the 3rd case the defendant was sentenced to 5 years supervised probation with a diversion for Complicity Robbery amended.
Robert Cyrus, 34 was sentenced to:
* 3 years unsupervised probation with a diversion, concurrent with other Case for Complicity Possession of a Controlled Substance, methamphetamine.
Separate Case:
* 3 years unsupervised probation with a diversion for Complicity Possession of a Controlled Substance, methamphetamine,
* 365 days for Complicity Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and time served for Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs,
Both cases to run concurrent.
James Isaac, 57 Pled Guilty and was sentenced to:
* 2 years years of supervised probation and 120 days of jail or Home Incarceration for Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs 4th or greater offense,
* 60 days for Operating On A Suspended or Revoked License.
Final sentencing set for 2-8-19.
Shannon Jude, 42 Pled Guilty and was sentenced to:
* 3 years for Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st degree, methamphetamine.
Separate Case: Defendant was sentenced to:
* 5 years unsupervised probation with Drug Court concurrent with 1st case for Complicity Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, methamphetamine,
* 365 days concurrent with count one for Complicity Possession of Drug Paraphernalia,
*  90 days for Possession of Marijuana and Persistent Felony Offender was dismissed.
Both cases to run concurrently. 

Pretrial, Arraignments and All others:

Lloyd Brown, 49 trial continued and reset report date for 4-12-19 on Complicity Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st degree, methamphetamine and Complicity Possession of Marijuana.

Douglas Castle, 54 was scheduled for a Probation Revocation Hearing on Complicity Trafficking in a Controlled Substance and received a graduated sanction.

Rebecca Clark, 40 was arraigned on Complicity Receiving Stolen Property and Pretrial set for 2-8-19.

David Johnson, 41 was scheduled for a Probation Revocation Hearing on 3 cases. Reset for motion hour.

William Litton, 49 will proceed to trial on 2-11-19 on the charge of Rape, 1st degree.

Justin Marcum, 32 was present for a status hearing and was given a graduated sanction.

Steve Meeks,56  CASE WAS DISMISSED on charges Attempt Robbery, 1st Degree, Fleeing and Evading, Wanton Endangerment of a Police Officer, Tampering With Physical Evidence, Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs and Persistent Felony Offender.

Mark Mollett, 42 is set for a trial date after a Pretrial conference on Complicity Possession of a Controlled Substance, methamphetamine, Complicity Conspiracy To Trafficking In a Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana.

James Moore, 68 Defendant is reset for a status hearing on 3-8-19 on Failure To Comply with The Sex Offender Registration, 2nd or greater offense.

Jason Pack, 35 was arraigned on Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, methamphetamine and is set for Pretrial on 2–8-19.

Robert Parker, 36 judge set the plea deal aside and the defendant will proceed to trial on May 8th on 2 cases with charges of Convicted Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Complicity Trafficking In a Controlled Substance, methamphetamine, Persistent Felony Offender and Complicity Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Bradley Parsley, 41 received a graduated sanction on a Felony Probation Violation. Docket does not reflect what the sanction was.

Green Ramey, 39 was arraigned on Theft By Unlawful Taking, disp auto and Persistent Felony Offender. Pretrial set for 2-8-19.

Brian Roop, 33 was on the docket for a Probation Violation Hearing, Case was reset for 1-25-19.

James Boyd, 35 was arraigned on Receiving Stolen Property u/$10,000, Pretrial set for 2-8-19 and bond remained the same.

Kathy Muncy, 60 arraigned on Burglary, 3rd Degree and Theft By Unlawful Taking/Shoplifting. Pretrial setbfor 2-8-19 and bond set for an In Home Incarceration referral.

Angela Fyffe, 54 was not present and a bench warrant was issued on charges of 4 counts of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument and Persistent Felony Offender.

      Pal look up the definition of slander. To slander someone is “to make false spoken statements about someone to damage their reputation”. Therefore the Lazer didn’t make any FALSE statements about u in any way, only truth about the crimes YOU committed. And if you don’t want your name on every news site possible how about don’t commit crimes. So the damage done to your reputation YOU done to YOURSELF.
