CORDLE SENT TO CABELL BECAUSE OF SUSPECTED HEAD INJURY.

On December 19, 2018 at 19:12 Louisa Fire Department responded to a two vehicle collision involving Louisa City Police Sgt. Ed Cordle.

Sgt. Cordle was flown to Cabel lHuntington Hospital for possible head injury. Preliminary report indicates that Sgt. Cordle should make a speedy recovery. Thanks to the Lawrence County Sheriff Department and to all first responders for their immediate assistance.

Chief GREG Fugitt called in the Kentucky State Police to investigate the incident and further information will be released by them. Please keep Sgt. Cordle in your prayers.
