WAYNE COUNTY INDICTMENTS (FT. GAY, PRICHARD, CRUM AREAS)

 

Johnathan Michael Young, 40 of Fort Gay, WV and Jennifer Sue Napier, 39 of Fort Gay, WV charged with multiple counts handed down by the grand jury.

The Grand Jury charges on or about July 16, 2018, in the County of Wayne, WV, Jonathon Michael Young and Jennifer Sue Napier committed the offense of “Possession of a controlled Substance With Intent to Deliver” by unlawfully, feloniously, knowing and intentionally possessing heroin, a Schedule I Narcotic.

Count 2, that on or about July 16, 2018, in the County of Wayne, WV Jonathon Michael Young unlawfully, willfully, and feloniously committed the offense of “Conspiracy to Commit Delivery Of A Controlled Substance” by conspiring with Jennifer Sue Napier and/or other unknown persons to commit delivery of a controlled substance, substance being heroin, as listed as a schedule I narcotic controlled substance.

Count 3, that on or about July 16, 2018, in Wayne, WV Jennifer Sue Napier unlawfully, willfully, and feloniously committed the offense of “Conspiracy to Commit Delivery Of A Controlled Substance” by conspiring with Johnathon Michael Young and/or other unknown persons to commit delivery of a controlled substance said substance being heroin.

Count 4, That on or about July 16, 2018 in Wayne, WV Johnathan Michael Young committed the offense of “Delivery of A Controlled Substance” by unlawfully, feloniously, knowingly and intentionally delivering Heroin, a Schedule I Narcotic Substance to Jennifer Sue Napier, against the peace and dignity of the state.

 

 

Tony Marcum, 62 of Louisa, KY is charged with multiple counts.

The Grand Jury Charges That on or about May 27, 2017, in Wayne WV Tony Marcum committed the offense of “Possession Of A Controlled Substance With Intent To Delivered” by unlawfully, feloniously, knowingly and intentionally possessing heroin, a Schedule I Narcotic Controlled Substance with the intent to deliver said substance, against the peace and dignity of the State.

Count 2, That on or about May 27, 2017, in Wayne, WV. Tony Marcum unlawfully, willfully and feloniously committed the offense of “Conspiracy To Conspiracy To Commit Delivery Of A Controlled Substance” by conspiring with Mary Dean and/or other unknown persons to commit the offense of “Conspiracy To Commit Delivery Of A Controlled Substance” by conspiring with Mary Dean and/or other unknown persons to commit delivery of a controlled substance, said substance being Heroin, listed as a schedule I controlled substance as amended, and committed an act to effect the object of the conspiracy, against the peace and dignity of the State.

Count 3, That on or about May 27, 2017, in Wayne, WV, Tony Marcum committed the offense of “Obstructing A Police Officer” by knowingly and unlawfully threatening, hindering, obstructing and attempting to hinder and obstruct Deputy W.R. Wellman, Wayne County Sheriff’s Department, while acting in his official capacity, against the peace and dignity of the State.

 

 

 

Brandon Stevens, 29 of Huntington, WV and Deborah Tingler 29, of Louisa, KY  

The Grand Jury Charges them with multiple counts. That on or about January 28, 2018, in Wayne, WV, Brandon Stevens and Deborah Tingler, did commit the offense of “Possession Substances Used As A Precursor To Manufacture Methamphetamine or Pseudoephedrine In An Altered State” by unlawfully, feloniously, and knowingly possessing an amount of ephedrine, pseudoephedrine,  phenylpropanolamine, or other designated precursor with intent to use it in the manufacture of methamphetamine or knowingly possess a substance containing ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, phenylpropanolamine, or their salts, optical isomers or salts of optical isomers in a state or form which has been altered or converted from the state or form which has been altered or converted from the state or form in which has been altered or converted from the from the state or form in which has been altered or converted from the state or form in which these chemicals are or were commercially distributed, against the peace and dignity of the State.

Count 2, That on or about January 28, 2018, in Wayne, WV Brandon Stevens, unlawfully and feloniously committee the offense of “Conspiracy To Commit The Felony of Delivery Of A Controlled Substance” by conspiring with intent to deliver Methamphetamine a controlled substance, to-wit: Methamphetamine, as listed as a Schedule I Controlled Substance.

Count 5, That on or about January 28, 2018, in Wayne, WV Brandon Stevens And Deborah Tingler, committed the offense of “Possession Of A Controlled Substance With Intent To Deliver” by unlawfully and feloniously possessing with intent to deliver Methamphetamine a controlled substance, to wit: Methamphetamine, as listed as a Schedule I Controlled Substance, as amended in violation of WV. As amended against the peace and dignity of the State.

 

 

 

Maria A. Thompson, 27 of Fort Gay, WV The Grand Jury Charges are that on or about October 26, 2018 in Wayne, WV Maria Thompson committed the offense of “Felony Escape From Custody” by unlawfully and feloniously escaping or attempting to escape from the custody of the Wayne County Home Confinement Officer by evading supervision of said Home Confinement Officer, the said Maria Thompson by evading supervision of said Home Confinement Officer, the said Maria Thompson being lawfully confined being lawfully confined as condition of bond upon the charge of a felony, being Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver as designated in WV, and as charged by the indictment in Wayne County, WV.

Count 2 The Grand Jury Charges that on or about October 26, 2018, in the County of Wayne, WV, Maria Thompson committed the offense of “Felony Escape From Custody” by unlawfully and feloniously escaping or attempting to escape from the custody of the Wayne County Home Confinement Officer by evading supervision of said Home Confinement Officer, the said Maria Thompson being lawfully confined as a condition of bond upon the charge of a felony, being Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver against the peace and dignity of the State.

 

 

 

Brandon J. West, 23 of Fort Gay, WV and Amelia Leann Hughes, 26 of Huntington, WV. The Grand Jury Charges with multiple counts. That on or about February 8, 2018 in Wayne, WV Brandon West and Amellia Leann Hughes unlawfully and feloniously committed the offense of “Grand Larceny” by stealing, taking and carrying away an automobile belonging to Zachary Bowen, Peggy Bowen, and Carl Bowen, and Carl Bowen, said personal property being of the value of more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), with intent to deprive the owner permanently thereof, against the peace and dignity of the State.

Count 2 That on or about February 8, 2018 in Wayne, WV Brandon J. West unlawfully and feloniously committed the offense of “Conspiracy to Commit Grand Larceny” by conspiring with Amellia Leann Hughes to steal, take and carry away automobile belongings to Zachary Bowen, Peggy Bowen and Carl Bowen, and Brandon J. West did take act in furtherance of said conspiracy, said personal property property being of the value of more than One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00), with intent to conspire to deprive the owner permanently thereof, against the peace and dignity of the State.

Count 3 That on or about February 8, 2018 in Wayne, WV, Amellia Hughes unlawfully and feloniously committed the offense of “Conspiring To Commit Grand Larceny” by conspiring with Brandon J. West to steal, take and carry away automobile belonging to Zachary Bowen, Peggy Bowen, and Carl Bowen, and Amellia Hughes unlawfully and feloniously committed the offense of “Conspiracy to Commit Grand Larceny” by conspiring with Brandon J. West to steal, take and carry away automobile belonging to Zachary Bowen, Peggy Bowen and Carl Bowen, and Amellia Hughes did take act in furtherance of said conspiracy, said personal property being of the value of more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), with intent to conspire to deprive the owner permanently thereof, against the peace of dignity of the State.

 

 

 

Dylan Alexander Jarrells, 24 of Dunlow, WV and Zachary Jarrells, 26 of Dunlow, WV were charged with multiple counts from The Grand Jury that on or about October 15, 2018 in Wayne, WV Dylan Jarrells committed the offense of “First Degree Robbery” by unlawfully and feloniously robbing Christopher James Stampered by stabbing him with a knife and obtaining by threat and physical force a wallet and approximately ($400.00) in United States currency, all of said property belongings to Christopher Stampered, against the peace and dignity of the State.

Count 2 That on or about October 15, 2018, in Wayne, WV, Zachary Dennis Jarrells committed the offense of “First Degree Robbery” by unlawfully and feloniously robbing Christopher Stamperd by stabbing him with a knife and obtaining by threat and physical force, a telephone, clothing and a watch, all of said property belonging to Christopher Stamperd, against the peace and dignity of the state.

Count 3 That on or about October 15, 2018, in the County of Wayne, WV Dylan Jarrells committed the offense of “Malicious Wounding” by unlawfully, feloniously and “Malicious wounding” by unlawfully, feloniously and maliciously sounding Christopher James Stamperd by stabbing with a knife and causing Christopher Stamperd serious bodily injury with the intent to maim, disfigure, disable or kill the said Christopher Stamperd serious bodily injury with the intent to maim, disfigure, disable or kill the said Christopher Stamperd against the peace and dignity of the State.

Count 4 That on or about October 15, 2018 in Wayne, WV. Zachary Jarrells committed the offense of “Malicious Wounding” by unlawfully, feloniously and maliciously sounding wounding Christopher Stamperd by stabbing with a knife and causing Christopher Stamperd serious bodily injury with the intent to maim, disfigure or kill the said Christopher Stamperd, against the peace and dignity of the state.

Count 5 That or about October 15, 2018, in Wayne, WV Dylan Alexander Jarrells, did Conspire To Commit The Offense Of First Degree Robbery with Zachary Jarrells, by intentionally, unlawfully and feloniously conspiring to rob Christopher Stamperd by use of a knife and obtaining property by threat and physical force and thereafter on October 15, 2018, Dylan Alexander Jarrells unlawfully and feloniously conspiring to rob Christopher Stamperd by use of a knife and obtaining property by threat and physical force and thereafter on October 15, 2018, Dylan Alexander Jarrells unlawfully and feloniously, and in furtherance of said conspiracy, did stab with a knife and rob Christopher Stamperd of a wallet, approximately ($400.00) clothing, a telephone and a watch, against the peace and dignity of the State.

Count 6 That on or about October 15, 2018 in Wayne, WV. Zachary Dennis Jarrells, did Conspire to Commit The Offense of First Degree Robbery with Dylan Alexander Jarells, by intentionally, unlawfully and feloniously conspiring to rob Christopher Stamperd by use of a knife and obtaining property by threat and a watch, against the peace and dignity of the State.

Count 7 That on or about October 15, 2018, in Wayne, WV Dylan Alexander Jarrells, did Conspire to Commit The Offense Of Malicious Wounding with Zachary Dennis Jarrells, by intentionally, unlawfully and feloniously, and in furtherance of said conspiracy, did stab Christopher Stamperd with a knife causing serious bo
