The SoccerDawgs are on a 13 game winning streak and hasn’t lost to team from Kentucky all year.

Lawrence Co. will host 16th Region Champion Russell ( 13-4 ) on Monday night at 7:00. The two teams didn’t meet in the regular season because of weather.

Lawrence Co. Head Coach Heath Webb

COACH’S COMMENTS

“… What a game! We talked to the girls and stressed how important it was to get the 1st goal of the game and then to get another one pretty quick was huge.”

“… I can’t say enough about the team effort from defense holding them to 1 goal, to our midfield and forwards moving the ball forward to give us a chance to score. We are playing our best soccer at the perfect time heading into the sweet 16 game Monday night against Russell. The girls are excited and ready to make a run to state.”
