Virginia Louise Webb Rice, 93, of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on Friday October 5, 2018 following a long illness.

Louise was born March 18, 1925 at Louisa, the daughter of the late Herman and Nellie Jobe Webb. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by four brothers, Willard, Curt, H.D., and Darrell Webb; and a grandson William Brian Akers.

Louise was a retired florist with Mildred’s Flowers for many years. She also attended Buchanan Chapel Church.

Survivors include a daughter Kathy Akers and husband Roy of Prichard, WV; a son Keith Bradley and wife Cathy of Louisa; two grandchildren Kelly and Kyle Bradley; two great grandchildren Brittiany and Brice Akers; two great great grandchildren Bentley and Brayson Harless; three sister-in-laws Opal, Betty and Dorothy Webb; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Monday October 8th at noon at the Wilson Funeral Home with Bro. Keith Workman officiating. Burial will follow in the Shady Grove Cemetery Louisa, KY.

Friends may visit the family on Sunday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home.

The family would like to thank the nurses and staff of The Jordan Center for all their love and concern for Louise.

Care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
