LAWRENCE COUNTY ARREST LIST – SEPTEMBER 24-30, 2018

In the 6+ day period from 4:17 P.M. September 24 to to 11:59 P.M. September 30, there were at least 73 individuals who were arrested and were brought to be lodged at the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. Out of those 73, 8 of those arrested were from Lawrence County.
That is in comparison to the previous 9 day period from 4:18 P.M. September 15 to to 4:17 P.M. September 24, there were at least 94 individuals who were arrested and were brought to be lodged at the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. Out of those 94, 13 of those arrested were from Lawrence County.
Also, 4 Lawrence County residents were arrested in other Kentucky county jurisdictions ( 2 in Boyd County, 1 in Jackson County, and 1 in Magoffin County). That is compared to 8 in the arrest report last week.
The number of inmates being held at the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville late Monday night October 1 was down at the lowest in 18 months, as it went below the maximum designated capacity of the jail facility of 225 since spring 2017; with 220 being kept overnight 10/01/2018.
The total number of inmates that were booked at the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville for the month of September was at least 309. That is way down from previous month total; as August 2018 the total number was at least 399.
The names and criminal charges of the latest Lawrence County arrests, as well as the 4 Lawrence County residents were arrested in other Kentucky county jurisdictions, are the following:
Angela M. Mosley-Fyffe, 52, of Louisa, was arrested on September 25, 2018, at 4:07 P.M., by a deputy of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:
• FORGERY, 2ND DEGREE.
Vickie Gayle Vanhorn, 45, of Louisa, was arrested on September 26, 2018, at 9:06 P.M., by a deputy of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:
• CRIMINAL TRESPASS-1ST DEGREE.
Donald R. Dickerson, 32, of Louisa, was arrested on September 26, 2018, at 11:51 P.M., by an officer of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with:
• POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE 1ST OFFENSE (COCAINE),

Susan Moore, 44, of Louisa, was arrested in Johnson County on September 29, 2018, at 12:25 P.M., by a trooper of the Kentucky State Police-Post, and was charged with:
