LCHS Homecoming activities 2018

For the dear ole team we love so well…

Even President Trump made an appearance at the festivities Friday!

An entire week is what Homecoming is at Lawrence County High School.

We don’t just have a pep rally on Friday,  “Spirit week” begins on Monday and goes until the game ends on Friday. It is definitely one of the most memorable times you’ll experience as a Bulldog. I can still feel the excitement of battling the other classes for the beloved spirit stick.

Monday thru Friday it is a battle for the spirit stick and after school on Friday, the classes unite once again and show up and show out for our Bulldogs. This year the SENIORS won spirit week by a few points as the other classes were right on their tails.

From tug of war to talent to the famous lip sync competition each class did an amazing job. Parents were there to cheer on their favorite class and to watch the festivities, as the gymnasium was full and Spirits were high.

All LCHS students gathered on Saturday, Sept. 1st to close the homecoming spirit week.

After the win on Friday night all of the team members and the student body celebrated Homecoming and the win with a dance for the first time.

Decor wasn’t a problem as the entire gymnasium was covered with Bulldog signs and lights from spirit week.

This is the one of the few times that all of the classes get to boogie together!
