Same man was arrested in June 2017 on similar charges
Monday, July 9th David Mabry of Wayne, W.Va. was arrested for two felony drug warrants issued by the WCSD Drug Enforcement Unit.
Members of the Wayne County Sheriff Drug Enforcement Unit observed a drug transaction in the Wayne area and detained (3) people.
During the investigation deputies discovered that Mabry delivered Heroin and was in possession of several pre-packaged bundles of Heroin.
Mabry is charged with Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Possession with Intent to Deliver.
Mabry was arrested for having a large amount of drugs on him in June of 2017 on drug selling charges in Wayne. Officials said at the time that Mabry had a large quantity of crystal meth and marijuana packaged for distribution.
