Phillip R. Bowen

Phillip R. Bowen, 66, of Fort Gay, WV passed away Sunday, July 8, 2018 at Three Rivers Medical Center in Louisa, KY.

Phillip was born September 11, 1951 in Louisa, KY to the late Charles and Jessie (Price) Bowen. Mr. Bowen proudly served his country in the Marine Corp. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers Larry Keith Bowen and Carl David Bowen.

Survivors include his wife Lorine Bowen; children Charles Jason Ray Bowen, Kyle Vance, and Paul David Cook; grandchildren Krissy Bowen, Amanda Bowen, Gregory Bowen and Mason Bowen; great grandchildren Xavier Chase Bowen and Isabella Bowen; and sister Deborah Lou Davis.

As were Mr. Bowen’s wishes, there will be no public services.
