Dicie Bowens

1935 — 2018

Dicie Bowens, 82, of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on Friday, April 20, 2018 at the Jordan Center in Louisa, KY.

Dicie was born May 7, 1935 to the late Fred and Florence Ratliff.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Oscar Bowens and her sons Charles Bowens and Claude Bowens. 

Mrs. Bowens was a homemaker and deeply loved her family.

Survivors include her children; Roger Bowens, Gary Bowens, Randy Bowens, Ricky Bowens, Barb McCormick, Diane Grimm, Larry Bowens and Bessie Barker, many grandchildren and great grandchildren; and her siblings Floyd Ratliff, Jessie Muncy, and Lester Ratliff.

Funeral services for Ms. Bowens will be conducted Monday, April 23, 2018 at 1:00PM at the Young Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Webb Cemetery.

Visitation will be Sunday, April 22, 2018 from 4:00Pm to 7:00PM at the Young Funeral Home Chapel.
