Last night (Tuesday) at the Wayne County sheriff’s drug enforcement unit made a traffic stop on a reckless driver in the Rt. 75 Kenova area.
During the traffic stop Sheila Bartram of Huntington was arrested after attempting to conceal crystal methamphetamine. Bartram was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and obstructing an officer.
The driver, Heather Conn of Lavalette was arrested and charged with driving while revoked DUI second offense. Road patrol assisted in the arrests.
Sheriff Thompson says the arrests are the result of aggressive drug interdiction.
