ELEVEN PEOPLE WERE ARRESTED IN LAWRENCE COUNTY IN THE EIGHT DAY PERIOD FROM JANUARY 16 THRU JANUARY 23. ANOTHER SIX LAWRENCE COUNTY RESIDENTS WERE ARRESTED IN NEIGHBORING COUNTIES (1 IN MARTIN COUNTY, 1 IN BOYD COUNTY, AND 4 IN JOHNSON COUNTY).

HERE ARE THE NAMES OF THOSE 11 INDIVIDUALS ARRESTED IN LAWRENCE COUNTY; AND ALSO THE 6 ARRESTED IN NEIGHBORING JURISDICTIONS:

 

 

Joshua D. FetherolfJoshua D. Fetherolf, 33, of Louisa, was arrested on January 17, 2018, at 1:51 P.M., by chief deputy Mark Wheeler of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (DOMESTIC VIOLENCE) MINOR INJURY.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Corey Dustin SkaggsCorey Dustin Skaggs, 35, of Louisa, was arrested on January 17, 2018, at 7:59 P.M., by patrolman officer Steven Wilburn of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 2ND OFFENSE, • FAILURE TO PRODUCE INSURANCE CARD.

 

 

 

 

 

Timothy K. MullettTimothy K. Mullett, 38, of Louisa, was arrested on January 18, 2018, at 12:11 P.M., by chief deputy Mark Wheeler of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE. (METHAMPHETAMINE), • DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS.

 

 

 

Chester SpenceChester Spence, 27, of Louisa, was arrested on January 18, 2018, at 12:23 P.M., by sergeant Chuck Jackson of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • FLAGRANT NON SUPPORT.

 

 

 

 

 

Treana JenningsTreana Jennings, 36, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on January 19, 2018, at 2:39 A.M., by trooper Billy Layne of the Kentucky State Police, and was charged with: • NON PAYMENT OF FINES.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Allen J. JenningsAllen J. Jennings, 45, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on January 19, 2018, at 2:49 A.M., by trooper Billy Layne of the Kentucky State Police, and was charged with: • ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (NO VISIBLE INJURY).

 

 

 

 

 

 

Trudy Lee HarlessTrudy Lee Harless, 36, of Louisa, was taken into custody and booked on January 20, 2018, at 9:04 P.M., by patrolman officer Hunter James of the Louisa Police Department, to served a guiltily plea sentence: • CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.

 

 

 

 

Joseph CurrieJoseph Currie, 28, of Fort Gay, West Virginia; was arrested on January 22, 2018, at 2:29 P.M., by a deputy of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION SHOPLIFTING UNDER/$500.

 

 

 

 

Gregory MarcumGregory Marcum, 59, of Louisa, was arrested on January 22, 2018, at 8:55 P.M., by deputy Mason Keefer of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (DOMESTIC VIOLENCE) NO VISIBLE INJURY.

 

 

 

 

Thurman EndicottThurman Endicott, 30, of Louisa, was arrested on January 23, 2018, at 12:13 P.M., by Court Security Officer Karl Adkins of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • OPERATING ON SUSPENDED OR REVOKED OPERATORS LICENSE, • FAILURE OF NON-OWNER OPERATOR TO MAINTAIN REQUIRED INSURANCE/SECURITY, 1ST OFFENSE, • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE), • TAMPERING WITH PHYSICAL EVIDENCE.

 

 

 

Devana LycansDevana Lycans, 28, of Fort Gay, West Virginia; was arrested on January 23, 2018, at 12:15 P.M., by Court Security Officer Karl Adkins of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.

 

 

 

 

 

Corenna L. ScottCorenna L. Scott, 56, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested in Martin County on January 16, 2018, at 4:16 P.M., by Sheriff John H. Kirk of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • OPERATING ON SUSPENDED OR REVOKED OPERATORS LICENSE • FAILURE OF OWNER TO MAINTAIN REQUIRED INSURANCE/SECURITY, 1ST OFFENSE.

Earlier this month, on January 3, Corenna L. Scott was arrested at 4:29 A.M., with her address listed as being from Lovely, Kentucky, by deputy Aaron Blevins of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • DRIVING ON DUI SUSPENDED LICENSE -1ST OFFENSE, • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/ DRUGS/ETC. .08 (AGGRAVATING CIRCUMSTANCES), 2ND OFFENSE, • FAILURE TO ISSUE INSURANCE CARD, • NO REGISTRATION RECEIPT.

 

 

 

 

Thomas John BentleyThomas John Bentley, 33, of Louisa, was arrested in Boyd County on January 17, 2017, at 6:38 P.M., by officer Matthew Davis of the Ashland Department, and was charged with: • FLEEING OR EVADING POLICE, 2ND DEGREE (ON FOOT), • ESCAPE 2ND DEGREE-(IDENTIFY FACILITY).

 

 

 

 

 

Anthony S. BeverlyAnthony S. Beverly, 47, of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested in Johnson County on January 18, 2018, at 7:56 P.M., by trooper Johnson of the Kentucky State Police-Post #9-Pikeville, and was charged with: • SPEEDING 26 MPH OR > SPEED LIMIT, • RECKLESS DRIVING, • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 (AGGRAVATING CIRCUMSTANCES) 1ST OFFENSE, • POSSESSION OF OPEN ALCOHOL BEVERAGE CONTAINER IN MOTOR VEHICLE PROHIBITED.
