Lawrence grand jury indicts Muncy on two counts of murder
Elden Muncy Jr,, 21 of Louisa, Ky. was indicted by a Lawrence Co., Ky. grand jury on 2 counts of Murder which could have prosecutors seeking the Death Penalty for the November 20th murders of Mary Smith and Randy Blevins.
The grand jury charges that Muncy intentionally shot both Blevins and Smith with a firearm according to the indictment.
Motive for the shootings, which took place in the Yellow Creek section of Lawrence County near the Martin Co. line, has not yet been released.
He is being held at the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center.
