Grover Cleveland Hobbs 

1946 — 2017

 

Grover Cleveland Hobbs, 70, of Meades Branch Louisa passed away Dec. 18, 2017 at the Hospice Care Center following a long illness.

Grover was born Dec. 27, 1946 the son of the late Grover H. and Margaret Gannaway Hobbs. He was a retired United States Air Force Veteran and United States Postal Service employee.

Survivors include his wife Frances O’Daniel Hobbs; two sons Jeffrey (Gerri) Hobbs of Huntington, WV and Christopher (Elizabeth) Hobbs of Louisa; a sister Geneva (Gordon) Jonas of Nevada and a brother Gary (Judy) Hobbs of Texas; and a grandson Sean Hobbs.

Graveside funeral services with military honors will be held on Thursday at noon at the Ky Veterans Cemetery at Grayson, KY.

Friends may visit the family on Thursday from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at the Wilson Funeral Home.

Care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
