Tolsia Head Coach Ric Morrone

COACH’S COMMENTS

“… We were Down five points at the half and I thought we played pretty decent, in the second half we had some turnovers and then had to extend our defense a little bit which led to some easy basket. Thought we ran out of gas and they made some plays to extend the lead.”

“… Give Coach Feltner a ton of credit she does a good job with her program and I have the upmost respect for her. They have a nice club. Wore us down in the second half. We have a very young team even though we have five seniors. We don’t have much Varsity experience outside of two kids.”

“… I thought the kids played hard and ran the offense and got some open looks they just didn’t go down. The scoreboard didn’t reflect how we played.”

Bulldog Head Coach Melinda Feltner

COACH’S COMMENTS

“… I want to thank coach Morrone for inviting us to play in a such a great tournament. To honor his Mother is a wonderful thing. Tolsia has a solid team and we are lucky to come out with a win. Our girls didn’t do a very good job playing defense or executing offensively. We have to be more focused when we play GW tonight. Glad we were able to pull out the win. We just have to keep grinding and working to get better everyday.”
