Michael Keith Hughes 

1960 — 2017

Michael Keith Hughes, 57, of Louisa, KY passed away Saturday July 29, 2017 at the Logan Regional Medical Center following a sudden illness.

Keith was born April 20, 1960 at Columbus, Ohio the son of Gay Daniel Hughes and the late Lawrence Hughes.

In addition to his mother Keith is survived by his loving wife Donna Hackney Hughes, three daughters Carri Crace and husband Dean of Tuscon, AZ, Heather Nelson and husband Ron of Mt. Gilead, OH, and Holly Hughes of Louisa; a stepdaughter Kecia Hanshaw and husband Aaron of Louisa, and a stepson Cody Anderson and wife Kandace of Crockett, KY; two sisters Sherry Hardin of Michigan and Glenna Castle of Louisa, he also leaves behind ten grandchildren.

Keith was a longtime heavy equipment operator for Coal Mac at Ragland, WV. He loved baseball and watching the Bengals play football. He enjoyed life and spending time with his family. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Funeral services will be held on Friday August 4 at 2:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Osborne officiating. Burial will follow in the Riverview Memorial Gardens Louisa, KY.

Friends may visit the family on Thursday from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home.

Care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
