Circuit Judge John D. Preston handled a lengthy docket Friday. Below are the results.

 

Stanley C. Webb Jr. Stanley Webb Jr. Was present on charges of convicted felon in possession of a firearm, two counts of Murder and Theft by Unlawful Taking of an Automobile. Defendant is still on trial for the heinous murders of his family members in Blaine, Ky back in June of 2016.

 

 

 

 

 

John W. AllenJohn Allen, 40 was on the docket for THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OVER $300. Defendant not present and a bench warrant issued.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Kenneth Bolick, Pled guilty to COMPLICITY FALSE STATEMENT FOR PRESCRIPTION, PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER, dismissed. Will receive 2 years on 8-11-17 on final sentencing.

 

 

 

 

 

 

James Stephen Burchette James Burchette, Was arraigned on 2 counts of RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY U/$10,000. Pretrial set for 8-11-17.

A trial date set for 11-20-17.

 

 

 

 

 

Traci Leigh Combs HallTraci Combs-Hall, Was on the docket for a MOTION TO REVOKE PROBATION, defendant was not present and a bench warrant was issued.

Rodney Fletcher, was present on a motion to modify his terms of home confinement. Motion was granted.

 

 

 

Janice GauzeJanice Gauze, was present on the charge of COMPLICITY UNAUTHORIZED PROCUREMENT OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE. Trial date reset for November 27,2017. On a separate case COMPLICITY PRESENT FRAUDULENT CLAIMS TO DEFRAUD KMAP, trial date the same as other.

Trial date set for 11-27-17.

Edgar PurdomEdgar Purdom, was sentenced on 4 COUNTS OF DISTRIBUTION OF MATTER PORTRAYING SEXUAL PERFORMANCE BY MINOR, 1st , received one year on each charge, all charges run concurrently. POSSESS MATTER PORTRAYING SEX PERFORMANCE BY A MINOR was dismissed.

 

 

 

 

 

 Green W. RameyWilliam Green Ramey, was present on COMPLICITY THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISP AUTO -$10,000, reset for 8-11-17.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Michael RatliffMichael Ratliff, Defendant pled guilty he to the charges of CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A FORGED INSTRUMENT, 2nd degree, ( 5 years supervised probation) and persistent felony offender was dismissed.

On a separate case: TRAFFICKING IN A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (3 years) 1st DEGREE POSSESSION OF C/S HEROIN, 1st degree (3 years) and POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA (12 months concurrent to other charges)
