Larry Stevens 

1946 — 2017

Larry Stevens, 70, of Lowmansville, KY passed away Tuesday July 4, 2017 at Three Rivers Medical Center ER following a long illness.

Larry was born July 7, 1946 at Louisa, the son of the late Harold and Bessie Akers Stevens. He is also preceded in death by a sister Betty Jean Borders. Larry was a disabled coal miner and a United States Army Veteran.

Survivors include his loving wife Sheila Brown Stevens; a brother Harold “Scottie” Stevens of River, KY; three sisters Brenda Vanhoose and Sue Cole both of Lowmansville, KY and Cathy Havens of Paintsville, KY; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday July 8th at 11:00 am at the Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. James Vanhoose officiating. Burial will follow in the Hanners Cemetery on Nelson Branch.

Friends may visit the family on Friday July 7th from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home.

Care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
