Samuel Joseph Alcorn II, 33, of Catlettsburg, Kentucky passed away Thursday, June 1, 2017 at Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky.

Samuel was born February 7, 1984 in Ashland, Kentucky the son of Samuel and Peggy Dickens Alcorn Sr.

Survivors include his loving wife, Jessica Alcorn of Catlettsburg, Ky., one daughter, Trinity Alcorn of Catlettsburg, Ky.; parents Samuel and Peggy Dickens Sr.; sister, Sarah Alcorn of Owensboro, Ky., and a host of family and friends who loved and will miss him very much.
