LAWRENCE COUNTY ARREST LIST – JANUARY 6 – 12, 2017

From 12:01 A.M., January 6, 2017 to 11:59 P.M., January 12, 2017; 79 arrested individuals were brought into the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. Out of the 79 arrested individuals brought to the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in the last 7 days, 9 were from Lawrence County.

From 12:01 A.M., December 25, 2016 to 11:59 P.M., January 5, 2017; 120 arrested individuals were brought into the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. Out of the 120 arrested individuals brought to the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in that 12 day period, 17 were from Lawrence County.

The number of people booked each day from January 6 thru January 12 at the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville was as the following: FRIDAY-JANUARY 6: NINE, SATURDAY-JANUARY 7: NINE, SUNDAY-JANUARY 8: 13, MONDAY-JANUARY 9: 12, TUESDAY-JANUARY 10: NINE, WEDNESDAY-JANUARY 11: NINE, THURSDAY-JANUARY 12: 18.

Those nine individuals arrested in Lawrence County in the past seven days are the following:

 

Ruth JohnsonRuth Johnson, 62, of Fort Gay, West Virginia; was arrested on January 7, 2017, at 7:37 P.M., by a patrol officer of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION SHOPLIFTING UNDER $500.

 

 

 

Robin JohnsonRobin Johnson, 35, of Fort Gay, West Virginia; was arrested on January 7, 2017, at 7:43 P.M., by a patrol officer of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION SHOPLIFTING UNDER $500.

 

 

 

 

 

Albert MooreAlbert Howe, 74, of Louisa, was arrested on January 7, 2017, at 10:20 P.M., by patrolman officer Hunter James, of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • ALCOHOL INTOXICATION IN A PUBLIC PLACE (1ST & 2ND OFFENSE).

 

 

 

 

 

 

Eugene HallEugene Hall, 58, of Louisa, was arrested on January 7, 2017, at 10:20 P.M., by patrolman officer Steven Wilburn, of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE.

 

 

 

 

 

Jason Dwayne BashamJason Dwayne Basham, 28, of Salyersville, Kentucky, was arrested on January 8, 2017, at 3:58 A.M., by patrolman officer Hunter James, of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 2ND OFFENSE.

 

 

 

 

Christopher MarcumChristopher Marcum, 19, of Louisa, was arrested on January 10, 2017, at 6:40 P.M., by deputy Mason Keefer, of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (DOMESTIC VIOLENCE) NO VISIBLE INJURY, • CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 2ND DEGREE.

 

 

 

 

 

Joseph E. LoweJoseph E. Lowe, 32, of Louisa, was arrested on January 12, 2017, at 12:45 A.M., by patrolman officer Hunter James, of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • FAILURE TO WEAR SEAT BELTS, • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER /INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE.

 

 

 

 

Jason M. DanielsJason M. Daniels, 33, of Louisa, was arrested on January 12, 2017, at 11:56 A.M., by a patrol officer of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA, • ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF LEGEND DRUG, • PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL).

 

 

Joshua HamptonJoshua Hampton, 28, of Louisa, was arrested on January 12, 2017, at 10:42 P.M., by patrolman officer Hunter James, of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (CHILD ABUSE).
