Mary Lou Hampton 

1935 –2016

Mary Lou Hampton 81 of Louisa, KY went to be with the Lord on Christmas Day following a long illness.

Mary Lou was born March 13, 1935 in Potters, KY the daughter of the late Wayne and Cynthia Castle Salyers. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a son, William Hampton. Mary Lou was a homemaker and member of the First Baptist Church Louisa.

Survivors include a loving daughter and son-in-law Debbie and James Ratliff of Louisa; a granddaughter Bianca Lycans and husband Steven also of Louisa; two great grandchildren Sarah and S.J. Lycans; and a sister Florence Marco of Columbus, Ohio.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday Dec. 28 at 11:00 am at the Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. David Maynard officiating. Burial will follow in the Robinette Cemetery on Bromley Ridge Road Fort Gay, WV.

Friends may visit the family on Tuesday Dec. 27 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home.

Care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
