Myrtle Ann Leedy, 76,  of Louisa, KY passed away December 11 at Three Rivers Medical Center.

Mrs. Leedy was born May 25, 1940 in  Floyd Co. KY. a daughter of  the late Willie & Ocie Hughes Holbrook. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband Larry Ivan Leedy and brothers and sister; Delmer Holbrook, Edward Holbrook & Brenda Holbrook; grandson: Jimmy Thacker

She was a homemaker and a member of Highland Ave. Freewill Baptist Church and attended Louisa Freewill Baptist Church

Other Survivors are: children: Larry Ross (Jennifer) Leedy of Louisa, KY, William Ivan (Michelle) Leedy of Louisa, KY, Melissa Ann (Edward) Ramey of Huntington, WV and Peggy (Steve) Preston of Louisa, KY; brothers & sisters: Elmer (Jean) Holbrook of, John (Bonnie) Holbrook, Willie (Sharon Kay) Holbrook Jr., Bob Holbrook, Doug (Trena) Holbrook and Faye Holbrook all of Prestonsburg, KY and James (Mittie) Holbrook of Salyersville, KY; grandchildren: Kayla (Chris) Whisenant, Brandon Leedy, Kayla Leedy, Brittany (Morgan) Stacy, Michael Preston, Laura Ramey, Joshua Ramey; great grandchildren: Hanah Whisenant, Logan Whisenant, Madilyn Stacy one on the way: Carson Stacy; sister in law: Dearl Faye Holbrook

Funeral services Thursday (December 15, 2016) 1pm Louisa Freewill Baptist Church, Louisa, KY with Kevin Davis, Venny Vanhoose, Clifford Austin and David Garrett officiating. Burial will be at Green Lawn East Cemetery

Visitation is after 5pm Tuesday (December 13, 2016) Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, KY and 4pm-9pm Wednesday (December 14, 2016) at Louisa Freewill Baptist Church, Louisa, KY.
