PRESTONSBURG, Ky. – Big Sandy Community and Technical College (BSCTC) has announced two free community Christmas Celebrations on December 6-7.
The college will host an event on its Mayo campus (auditorium) on Tuesday, December 6 at 6 p.m. The event will feature special entertainment and a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus.
A second event will be held at 6 p.m., Wednesday, December 7 at the Mountain Arts Center (MAC). The lobby of the MAC will be transformed to a winter wonderland and will be the perfect setting for photos. Santa and Mrs. Claus will greet visitors, who will relive a scene from “The Christmas Story” by walking up the staircase and sliding down.
